JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the petitioner resorted to fire on the informant but the shot did not cause any injury to the informant. Subsequently an empty cartridge was recovered from the place of occurrence.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no injury was caused to the informant and due to old enmity the present case has been lodged.
The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2615 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Sakra P.S. case No. 315/2015 pending in the court of learned ACJM-cum-Sub-Judge-4, Muzaffarpur. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
