Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Complaint Case No. 895 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable u/s 498(A)/406 of the IPC and Section 4 of D.P. Act, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Siwan. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular
