This is an application for the grant of the following reliefs to the petitioner:- (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to take a final decision on the settlement of land pertaining to Khata No. 35, Plot No. 256, Thana No. 1292, admeasuring 16 dhur situated at village Paltuhata in favour of the petitioner which has been initiated vide Settlement Case No. 2/2014-15.

(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.3004 of 2024(2) dt.19-06-2024 2/3 specially the respondent no. 3 to take immediate steps for the allotment of Government waste land pertaining to Khata No. 35, Plot No. 256, Thana No. 1292, admeasuring 16 dhur situated at village Paltuhata, the records of which (Land Settlement Record No. 2/2014-15) are lying with the respondent No. 4 along with the recommendations of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Siwan, The Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Siwan and the Circle Officer, Badhariya whereby the land in question has been recommended for settlement to the petitioner for construction of house in light of him being a serving Sergeant in the Air Force of India and also that he belongs to Sheduled Caste and is the only bread earner of his big family consisting of his Mother, Father, Three Sisters and four brothers and that the family is landless.

(iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the competent authority

Patna High Court CWJC No.3004 of 2024(2) dt.19-06-2024 3/3 to take steps against the erring officers due to whom the petitioner and his father is running from post to pillar for the last 14 years for redressal of their grievances.

(iv) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Divisional Commissioner, Saran (Chapra) to dispose of the case registered under the Bihar Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 having registration No. 416110116111903318/1A dated 10.08.20.

(v) For any other relief for which the petitioners are found entitled to.

3. In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, let him file a fresh representation along with all the relevant document before the respondent no.3, the Collector, Siwan within four weeks from today who shall take the matter to its logical conclusion in next six months.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
