Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged on missing of daughter of the informant. The victim girl has already married with the son of this petitioner, which would be evident from the marriage agreement at Annexure-2.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M.
