JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 21-01-2025 The present LPA is presented belatedly about 670 days, for which I.A. for condonation has been filed, perusal of the reasons we are not satisfied.

2. Recently Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Madhya Pradesh vs. Ramkumar Chaudhary decided in [SLP (C) Diary No.48636 of 2024] on November 29, 2024 elaborately considered belated litigation filed on behalf of the State/individuals.

3. In the later judgment in the case of H. Guruswamy

Patna High Court L.P.A No.160 of 2021(7) dt.21-01-2025 2/2 & Ors. vs. A. Krishnaiah Since Deceased By Lrs. the Hon'ble Supreme Court even consider delay is required to be explained from the date of judgment/order which is subject matter of appeal.

4. Taking note of the aforementioned decisions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court I.A. 01 of 2021 stands dismissed, resultantly LPA dismissed.
