2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sarairanjan P.S Case No. 136 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342/394 of I.P.C and 25/27 of Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant states that while he was returning on his motorcycle having taken loan of Rs. 30,000/- in cash, the petitioner along with others forcibly stopped him and on the point of pistol took away his motorcycle and cash which he was carrying.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further

Misc. No. 73916 of 2023. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 01.08.2023.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

On perusal of the FIR, impugned order and period of custody and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M IIIrd, Samastipur in connection with Sarairanjan P.S Case No. 136 of 2021.
