The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 30(a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016. Two litres of country made liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Case No. C-122(7) of 2016 of Murliganj Police Station.
