JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who died in other than normal circumstances due to burn injuries. There is accusation of illegal demand and torturing and admittedly, the marriage of petitioner was solemnized with the deceased in the year 2013 and the deceased died within one year of her marriage.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54871 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya stands rejected.
