Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.661/2019 arising out of Musrigharari P.S. Case No.93 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120B, 302/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.09.2019.
