JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This Court vide order dated 21st November 2013 granted provisional bail to the petitioner for nine months for the purpose of completion of the School building. Counsel for the petitioner submits that after this order, petitioner has taken away the file and he has no communication with him thereafter. In such view of the matter, he is unable to make submission of any fact with respect to construction of the School building.

As materials are not available on the record, in such view of the matter, if the petitioner has not surrendered after expiry of provisional bail, the court below is directed to issue warrant of arrest against him and Wazirganj Police, in turn, is also

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46785 of 2013 (4) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 directed to take the petitioner in custody forthwith, with respect to Wazirganj P.S.Case No. 229 of 2013.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
