One mobile is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, when petitioner and others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned; it appears that one case has been lodged against the petitioner, prior to institution of the present case.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jhajha P.S.
