The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 666 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420, 406, 120B, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the accused persons took Rs. 5,00,000/- and Rs. 2,50,000/- from Sanjay Kumar for providing job of supervisor in FCI but the accused persons neither returned the money nor provided job. The accused persons gave a cheque of Rs. 5,00,000/- to Pappu, the informant and a cheque of Rs. 1,65,000/- to Sanjay.

It is submitted that the petitioner did not issue any cheque. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. It has

It has not come anywhere that who issued the second cheque. It is the definite case of the petitioner that he did not issue any cheque either to the informant or Sanjay Kumar. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 666 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
