The Petitioner seeks bail in Laukahi P.S. Case No.131 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 396 Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that dacoity was committed in running bus. The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that it has come in para 109 of the case dairy that the petitioner was frequently talking with other accused on mobile. Besides this, there is no substantive material against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2016.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5036 of 2017 (3) dt.23-03-2017 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No.131 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
