JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 Petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and sisterin-law of the deceased. They apprehend their arrest in a case under section 304B and other allied sections of the IPC. The petitioners submit that husband of the deceased Jitendra Mahto surrendered and now allowed regular bail vide order dated 2.8.2014, passed in Cr Misc.No.18261 of 2014 and the main allegation is that they hurriedly disposed of the dead body.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let all the three petitioners as mentioned above be released on bail in the event of surrender, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Maharajganj (GB Nagar) Police station Case No. 264 of 2013.
