It is informed that all the dues, except gratuity and pension payment order have already been cleared and so far as gratuity and pension payment order are concerned; the process is

Patna High Court MJC No.3189 of 2014 (5) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 pending before the Accountant General.

The Accountant General is directed to expedite the process for grant of gratuity as well as pension payment order. Learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner submits that this court should direct the opposite parties to file calculation chart but in my view, if, the petitioner is aggrieved by the calculation of the opposite parties, he may file fresh representation before the concerned authorities along with his own calculation chart and thereafter, the concerned authorities shall decide the matter in accordance with rules.

With the aforesaid liberty, this petition stands disposed off.
