The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahua P.S. Case No. 23/2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 376, 511, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he caught breast of the informant and tried to outrage her modesty. It is submitted that the petitioner is neighbour of the informant. Some quarrel took place between them due to grazing of she-goat in field of the petitioner as a result; present case is lodged against the petitioner.
The informant has made very specific allegation against the petitioner that he entered into the house of informant and tried to outrage her modesty.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8351 of 2016 (5) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
