JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment is not being disposed of by the authorities and the case of the petitioner is shuttling in between the office of District Programme Officer and the Block Development Officer, Arwal.

Having regard to the fact that the case of the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent authorities, the District Programme Officer, Arwal is directed to take final decision with regard to the case of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from today.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
