The petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Chautarwa (Bhairoganj) P.S.Case No.219 of 2009 registered under Sections 364A and other sections of the IPC.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired in the statement of the victim Shashi Bhushan Pandey, who disclosed that the petitioner participated in his kidnapping.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 3.12.2012 and the trial has not yet been concluded. The petitioner was not put on TIP.

It appears that the prayer for bail of similarly situated co-accused Chhathu Mushar has already been rejected by this Court.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and
