The petitioner has challenged the order dated 30.12.2020 passed by the DRT, Patna.

At the outset, a query has been put to learned counsel for the petitioner whether remedy of appeal before the appellate body, i.e. the DRAT, Allahabad, is available to the petitioner, he does not controvert this fact.

Under the circumstances, we dispose off the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.6108 of 2021(4) dt.03-02-2022 2/2 petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the DRAT.

If any question of limitation arises, the same shall not stand in his way. The appellate body shall endeavour to decide the matter expeditiously.
