Petitioner is not named in the first information report but he was made accused in Baruraj P.S.Case No. 62 of 2015 on the accusation that stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of Ram Naresh Sahani, who happens to be brother of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection
