The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is against unknown. Further it is submitted that in the case diary, only material against the petitioner is that he was last seen with the deceased and it was found in the affidavit filed by the father of the deceased.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015.
