JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B,201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and no specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner who happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and lives separately and husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioner is in custody since 21.8.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10087 of 2022(2) dt.22-04-2022 2/2 prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Sadar Police Station Case No. 685/2020.
