This Modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 3.11.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 50534 of 2017.

The Petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by the order dated 3.11.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 50534 of 2017 in which he was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of that order but he could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time because he was unable to walk and was under treatment of Dr. B.K. Jha. The prayer has been made to extend time by further three weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14340 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 to surrender in the Court below.

This modification application is allowed with direction to petitioner to surrender in the court below within three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy this order. In the event petitioner surrenders in the court below within aforesaid period, he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 3.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 50534 of 2017.
