Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 393 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 324, 325, 326, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is concocted, manipulated and absurd. 4.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the head of the informant with a sharp cut weapon. Hence, the petitioner

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
