The petitioner is accused in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioner and others were selected for the post of constable, but on enquiry it was found that in the examination other persons appeared in place of petitioner and two others. On comparison, their signature and thumb impression were found different.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Bhagalpur, in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
