2. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 186 of 2023 dated 03.09.2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 307, 34 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned J.M. 1st Jehanabad. Later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15546 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that petitioner is a female and there is no specific overt act against her.
