JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Learned counsel seeks permission for withdrawal of prayer for bail of petitioner no. 2 namely, Satrudhan Paswan as the aforesaid petitioner had already been granted privilege of bail by the learned trial court but due to inadvertence this petition was filed on behalf of the aforesaid petitioner also. Permission is accorded.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner no. 2 namely, Satrudhan Paswan stands dismissed as withdrawn. So far as petitioner no. 1, namely, Ram Kumari, is concerned, she being lady is in jail custody since 14.05.2015 on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54940 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 the accusation that she handed over the arms which had been used in connection with Digha P.S.Case No. 149 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner no. 1, Ram Kumari be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Patna in connection with Digha P.S.case No. 153 of 2015.
