The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Neema Chandpura P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 427, 386, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that co-accused Amarjeet Yadav having identical allegation has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47570 of 2015, as contained in Annexure-5 to the present application.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55982 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2 / 2 Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 03.11.2015, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Neema Chandpur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015.
