The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015 registered under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he ravished a minor girl aged about 16 years, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
