JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 120 liters of country made liquor are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and the aforesaid liquor was being carried by the petitioner on motorcycle. The stand of the petitioner is that petitioner was sales man of one Randhir Singh, who has valid licence for selling country made liquor. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 12.09.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
