The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of taking Rs. 9,754/- from the customers instead of prescribed price of Rs. 8,298/- for selling the sand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ill motive. He submits that there is allegation of taking more money from the customer. He further submits that petitioner bears no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the
