Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present bail application to avail appropriate remedy in light of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the Case of Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar & Anr., reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273. The petitioner is well aware of the protection under Section 41 of the Cr.P.C. in view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar
