Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the Block Education Officer, Supaul has recommended the case of the petitioner, who is the wife of the deceased employee, namely, Late Brajesh Prasad Yadav, who had died in harness on 15.05.2021, while he was working as Block Teacher in the Middle School, Manganj Bazar, Block
Patna High Court CWJC No. 2400 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 Triveniganj, District Supaul. Learned counsel further informs that the case of the petitioner has not been placed before the District Compassionate Appointment Committee.
3. I find that the present writ petition is pre-mature.
4. The petitioner can pursue her remedy before the appropriate authority for getting her grievance redressed.
5. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
