This is a petition for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 9554 of 2008, which is dismissed for default on 30.04.2014. However, after dismissal of the case the restoration application has been filed on 05.08.2015, hence, I do not find any merit in the restoration application.

The restoration application is dismissed.

However, the petitioners may have the liberty to file a fresh application.
