JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Special Public Prosecutor for the State. Informant is said to have sustained simple injury said to be caused by hard and blunt substance and for causing the aforesaid injury, petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 12.09.2015, particularly, in the circumstance, when the mother of petitioners has filed complaint case against the informant of the present case for the occurrence of the same day. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
