The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 452 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Explosive Substances Act and section 16, 18, 20 and 23 of the U.A.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of written application of informant Anuj Kumar Singh, Dumariya P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 452 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Explosive Substances Act and section 16, 18, 20 and 23 of the U.A.P. Act against 50 to 60 unknown. In

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9507 of 2020(2) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 course of investigation, the name of petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of Satendra Singh Bhokta, except the confessional statement, no tangible material has been collected by the I.O against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2019. Moreover, Satendra Singh Bhokta has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 13.08.2019 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 48855 of 2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019.
