11-08-2015 After some argument, Sri Alok Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Prashant Sinha, learned counsel for respondents/Employees Provident Fund Organisation, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that the petitioner may avail statutory remedy. The prayer is allowed.
