The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of order dated 25.01.2022, whereby is wrongly typed as " Anita Kumari wife of Rajendra Kumar" instead of "Anita Kumari @ Anita Kumar son of Rajendra Kumar It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that it has wrongly been mentioned in the petition as "Anita Kumari wife of Rajendra Kumar" instead of "Anita Kumari @ Anita Kumar son of Rajendra Kumar " In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 25.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34364 of 2020 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9863 of 2022(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 surrender before the learned Addtional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Danapur in connection with Sigori P.S.Case No. 45 of 2015 within a period of further four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
