One country made pistol along with two live cartridges and mobile set are said have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 5.8.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case no. 136/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
