On account of disconnection of electric line at the end of the appellant and others, there was an altercation and during course thereof, it has been alleged by the informant that accused persons abused by their caste name as well as also assaulted with lathi and rod. The appellant happen to be under custody since 29.11.2016.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, appellant Ranjay Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Aurangabad in connection
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.189 of 2017 (3) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 139/2016 after setting aside the order dated 14.12.2016 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Aurangabad in B.P. No. 1644/2016.
The appeal is allowed.
