The petitioners are in custody in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 431/2017, for the offence under Sections 366(A), 120(B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners has referred the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and submits that the victim has admitted that she accompanied Motak Paswan at her own volition and there is no allegation of any overt act or any act which shall constitute offence against these petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail.
