Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.7.2015 in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 354 (B), 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that having entered into the house of the informant, he tried to outrage modesty of the informant. Investigation has already been completed.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge I (Special Judge), POSCO, Sitamarhi in Dumra P.S. Case no. 181/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
