The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 308, 379, 354, 504, 506 of the IPC. 3.

The prosecution case in short is that the F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioner surrounded the grand daughter of informant and assaulted her. The petitioner is said to have inflicted knife blow on the head of the grand daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. No such occurrence, in the manner as

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Though the injury of the injured was found grievous in nature but the petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.12.2023. There is an admitted land dispute between the parties. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent. 5.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/the Successor Court, in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No.269 of 2022.
