Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.9.2015 and accusation against him is that he along with the concerned secretary withdrew huge government money which was meant for installation of hand pipes and solar light.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in course of enquiry, it was found that hand pipes had been installed, though few in number and similarly, solar light had also been installed. It is further contended by him that the concerned secretary has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court and investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
