Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 323, 313, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that the

No.20682 of 2021(3) dt.16-02-2022 2/3 informant performed love marriage against the wishes of her parents and started leading happy conjugal life with her husband and in the meanwhile, she became pregnant. It is alleged against the petitioner that he along with other accused persons kidnapped the informant while she was on her way to hospital with her husband for routine check-up. The accused persons also administered some medicines due to which her pregnancy got terminated and forced her to perform second marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the alleged kidnapping of 11.02.2020, the F.I.R has been registered on 06.03.2020. The petitioner is only the owner of a building where Anany Clinic was running and since petitioner is relative of an accused of the present case, hence, he has been roped in the present case.

Considering the aforestated facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or
