ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 18.3.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. 8284 of 2013 in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 220 of 2012.

It appears from the report of the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, that the Prosecuting Agency is taking active steps in producing the witnesses pursuant to which ten witnesses have been examined within a period of one month. Only five witnesses now remained to be examined.

Considering the interest of the Prosecuting Agency, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 220 of 2012 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19046 of 2014 (7) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
