Although in the first information report, the informant levelled allegation against petitioner that on the false promise of marriage, he established physical relation with her but when the statement of informant was recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C., she specifically, stated that petitioner had not established physical relation with her.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bachchwara P.S.
