The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Conduct Act, 1981.

It is a case of cheating by impersonation. Some other persons appeared in place of these petitioners in D.El.Ed. Special Examination, 2020.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. No case under Section 420 of the I.P.C. is made out. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10687 of 2022(2) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbag P.S. Case No. 921 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
