2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that substantial amount has been given to the

Patna High Court MJC No.480 of 2024(6) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 petitioner but not at the correct pay scale and therefore, the same is required to be re-calculated on the basis of the representation, which the petitioner seeks to file afresh.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
