2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Singheshwar P.S.Case No. 58 of 2023.

3. The informant has stated in his fardbayan that coaccused Bikram Kumar and the petitioner were abusing his son (deceased). Thereafter Bikram Kumar assaulted the deceased with a knife and then both of them fled away. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no allegation on the petitioner to assault the deceased. According to allegation, he was only present at the spot and on hue and cry raised by the informant, he fled away

5. The petitioner is not the assailant. He is a person of clean antecedents.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, , Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S.Case No. 58 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
